The Television-Audio Support Activity intends to procure the following: Line Item 0001 eight (8) each Encoder Power Vu plus originator: consisting of 2 U front panel kit, D9754 control card and ca; D9796 video input card; D9790 video encoder card; CES pc utility software; blank filter card; D9704 DCA power supply; D9702 ACD power supply; D9747 DES scrambler; D9793 MPEG audio card, Scientific Atlanta P/N: D9150CR, Line Item 0002 four (4) each Receiver Power Vu plus, professional; integrated decoder with HSD; D1 out and swif Scientific Atlanta P/N: 803-314, Line Item 0003 four (4) each Receiver Power Vu Plus, professional integrated decoder with 4 RF inputs; SWIF IN; SWIF OUT and ASI out Scientific Atlanta P/N: 803-356, and Line Item 0004 four (4) each Translator SWIF; DVB-ASI/IF Scientific Atlanta P/N: D9260 . Standard commercial warranty required. The system shall be delivered FOB destination 30 days after receipt of order to the Defense Visual Information Center, March AFB CA 92518. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302, with Scientific Atlanta. Include one (1) copy of the packing list inside the box or container and attach one (1) copy of the packing list on the outside of the box or container. The outside of the box or container should also include the complete shipping address as provided in the schedule. The packing list shall contain the following information: (a) Package number and set number (if any) of the container. (b) A list of the contents which shows the quantity by item, item description, part number, type and size, unit of issue if other than each.
