This work includes but is not limited to the following: Provide an installed new DeCA decor package throughout the Sales Area, construct new administration offices by expanding into the existing warehouse, construct new sensitive storage room, damaged merchandise room, controlled temp. storage room, and meat/produce managers office in the existing warehouse; construct new admin vestibule at front of commissary; upgrade the lighting in the sales area; complete replacement of the refrigeration equipment including the compressor racks, refrigeration piping, refrigeration monitoring control system; HVAC, plumbing, and associated electrical work. The project also includes miscellaneous repairs as well as some hazardous material abetement. Phasing of overall construction work will be required through the duration of the project to allow for full operation of the commissary. Proposed procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Bid guarantee is required.
