Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performance of all work incidental to the construction of a 41' X 35' addition and repair of existing Youth Center. Repair work includes new sloped metal roof to replace existing flat roof, heating and air conditioning for existing area, renovation of existing bathrooms to be handicap accessible, and a new staff bathroom.
