The contractor shall provide all required labor and services, including guards, supervisors, managers, vehicles, materials, supplies, uniforms (conventional and blazer types), equipment (weapons, etc.), licenses, coordination, planning and support required to lawfully provide necessary security guard service at contract specified sites. The estimated contract award date is November 16, 2000. The term of the contract is for a one year base period, plus four (4) one-year option periods, for a maximum of five (5) years.
