The contractor shall furnish all parts, materials or special tools that may be required to repair the assets. Shipping will be IAW AFMC Form 158. Transportation of repaired items will be IAW DD Form 1653. All work shall be accomplished IAW the Statement of Work attached to the solicitation. Contractors quality program shall be MIL-I-45208 or equivalent, and is to be approved by the cognizant government representative. No GFP, other than the repairable item, will be funrnished. No GFM will be furnished. Delivery: 90 days after receipt of repairable. All CDRL data items are required. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contacting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
