This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number DTCG38-00-Q-200039 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3728. The small business standard is 1,000 employees. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the best value to the Government considering technical acceptability, price, delivery, and past performance. The Government's requirements include the following: Item (1) Used 366G1 aircraft structure (CAGE F0210), quantity required 1 each. A listing of specific parts included in the structure can be obtained from Wade Johnson upon written request. This acquisition is on an "all or nothing" basis. Drawings and specifications are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Transportation will be provided by the Government at the Government's expense. Item (1) shall be made available for pickup by the Coast Guard no later than 45 calendar days after date of order. The quoter will provide the specific location for pickup of the structure and a point of contact in the quote.
