Project generally consists of but is not limited to the following: 1. Construct a new Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Base Building. The ATCT has a cab floor size of approzimately 350 square feet and a cab floor height of 97 feet. The tower shaft is precast concrete construction, the cab is structural steel construction. The base building has approximately 1800 square feet of floor space including administrative space, mechanical, electrical, and electronic rooms. The base building is cast-in-place construction with metal stud/drywall interior partitions. The foundation for both the ATCT and Base Building is cast-in-place concrete piers. 2. Install new HVAC system for the new ATCT and Base Building. 3. Install new electrical service, including one Government Furnished 200 Kw E/G. 4. Construct new equipment yard, approximately 1375 sq. ft. with a concrete screen wall and a loading dock lift. 5. Construct new concrete sidewalks around the Base Building and out to the parking lot, approx. 500 linear feet x 6' wide. 6. Construct new concrete parking lot, approx. 10,620 sq. ft. 7. Construct new concrete entrance roads, approx. 60' x 24' wide and 100' x 18' wide. 8. Install new chain link fence, approx. 180', including two pedestrian gates and one vehicle swing gate. Estimated price range is $2,500,000 to $5,000,000. COST OF PLANS: $150.00 per set.
