The site is located on Highway 176, one block west at the intersection of West South Boulevard Extension. The facility will be a single-story, steel-framed, slab-on-grade building of approximately 17,292 SF. The facility will have a masonry veneer, a built up roof, and metal canopies. The estimated cost of the project is between $1,900,000 and $2,000,000 with construction completion within 300 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The minimum performance requirements are (1) five years experience as a commercial construction contractor, (2) completion of two projects similar in scope and size within the past five years, and (3) general contractor's license for the State of South Carolina.
