The scope includes the design and construction of a MOUT Collective Training Facility on Ft Wainwright. This includes 17 buildings which simulate an urban setting for combat training. The buildings shall be constructed of CMU block or concrete and shall simulate specific buildings in a mock community to include family dwellings, a school, offices, a municipal building/jail, etc. Some of the buildings shall be constructed to simulate damage from weapons fire (partially rubble-ized). With the exception of an After Action Review (AAR) building, all of the buildings shall be unheated. The utilidor system on Ft Wainwright shall be extended to provide heat, water, and sewer for the AAR building. The AAR Building shall include a control room for monitoring cameras to record troop movements and training activities. The building site is currently undeveloped and contains small trees(6-inches or less in diameter) and brush. Sitework shall include constructing gravel roads into the training area. The entire site consists of approximately 4.75 hectares (11.75 acres).
