50-Foot and 42-Foot Projects Craighill Channel, Craighill Upper Range,
Cutoff Angle, Brewerton Channel, and Swan Point Channel, Chesapeake
Bay, MD. This proposed procurement is Unrestricted. The SIC Code is
1629. Estimated cost of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and
$25,000,000.00. Completion no later than 200 calendar days. Work
consists of dredging approximately 2,000,000 cubic yards of material
from the Craighill Channel, Craighill Upper Range, and Brewerton
Channel (50-Feet deep and 700 feet wide); Cutoff Angle (50 feet deep
and 700-1,750 feet wide); and Swan Point Channel (35 feet deep and
600-1,500 feet wide). The material will be dredged by clamshell and
scow, hydraulic pipeline, or hopper dredge and placed in the
Hart-Miller Island Containment Facility and/or the Poplar Island
Environmental Restoration Project. Full size plans and specs (20)
$53.00 p/set. Non-Refundable. Make company check or money order payable

provide their Federal Express only at the time of request or have them

a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Large business firms
are required to submit a subcontracting plan. The subcontracting goals
are 60% for small business, 15% for small disadvantaged business, 8%
for women owned small business and 2% for Hubzone small businesses. It
is imperative that all small disadvantaged businesses contact their
cognizant Small Business Administration Office to obtain Small
Disadvantaged Business Certification. Without SBA SDB certification, a
prime contractor nor a federal agency can receive SDB credit when
utilizing non-certified SDB contractors/subcontractors. In order to
comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all
contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration
(CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract. The initial
