For EDI transfer, The United States Army Test and Evaluation Command (USATEC) Headquarters, 4501 Ford Avenue, Alexandria, VA, requires access to a commercial physical fitness center for use by all personnel assigned and visiting who possess a valid ID. The facility and equipment will be made available to USATEC personnel under the same terms and conditions applied to the general public. The facility will have the following equipment: indoor track, pushup areas, sit-up benches, free weights, weight machines and nautilus type equipment, lap swimming pool and stationary bike area. The facility will be in located within a 10 to 15 minute driving radius of USATEC headquarters, preferably within walking distance, or provide shuttle service or ensure that parking is covered. Membership payment plan is not permitted, but rather a pay per-visit or flat rate with unlimited usage by members of USATEC. This will be a base year, plus, four one-year option.
