Provide all plant, labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision required to provide for the relocation of the TPC. Work includes but is not limited to, an approximate 4,730 SF pre-engineered metal building addition to an existing building; limited renovation of the existing building; the combined space will include administrative and support space for teaching and demonstration purposes. The work also includes limited demolition, and installation of new restrooms, interior partitions, ceilings and finishes. In addition, work includes the installation of a new HVAC system and modification of existing plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, fire suppression, and structural systems. Additive items that will be considered are (1) removal and replacement of the boiler, (2) public address system, (3) television system, (4) painting of open bay ceilings and walls, (5) pre-engineered support facility, and (6) provide and install an equipment canopy cover. The period of performance is 365 calendar days to include all material approvals, acquisition, transportation, installation and renovations. The contract will be firm fixed price. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. SIC code is 1542 with a size standard of $17.0M. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP)-Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). There will be no pre-announcement of when the solicitation will be available on the internet.
