The work includes but is not limited to miscellaneous structural and electrical items. The structural items are structural support, metal roofing, and the sealing of the existing expansion concrete joints. The electrical items consist of closed circuit television monitors at two different locations; remote and safety disconnect switches. Estimated amount is between $100,000 and $250,000 and the performance period will begin in September 2000. Invitation For Bid (IFB) will be available on CD-ROM on or about July 21, 2000. This project is open to both large and small businesses, the size standard for which is a concern including affiliates, having an average annual sales and receipts in the preceding three years not in excess of 17 million dollars.
