The Coast Guard's Performance Technology Center (PTC)located on the USCG Training Center in Yorktown Virginia designs, develops, and administers survey instruments to gather qualitative and quantitative data. These data are analyzed and the results presented to decision-makers and/or incorporated into ongoing performance analysis projects. The PTC analysis branch is in need of qualified instructor to present a seminar related to the following: Build internal level of skills and knowledge of survey and data issues specifically as they apply to Human Performance Technology in order to become more effective and efficient; and Spread the basic competencies of this work beyond the PTC to other Coast Guard Performance Consultants who use survey instruments to collect data in the course of their work on analysis projects.
