The new cooling tower and associated filtration system are part of an integrated system which must be connected and tested to all pre-existing piping, controls and valves. Halifax Technical Services of Alexandria, VA 22312, is the incumbent contractor providing Consolidated Facilities Management Services at this facility. As the incumbent contractor with the responsibiity for all operations and maintenance work at this facility, Halifax is best capable of performing this service while maintaining uninterrupted operation of necessary building systems, as well as managing/coordinating existing subcontract agreements.
