The contract will cover the period October 1, 2000 thru September 30, 2001 with options to extend thru FY 2001, 2002, 2003 & 2004. Award will be a Firm Fixed-Price Contract for the base year period plus the four option years. This is a bonafide need of FY 2001, and subject to the availability of FY 2001 funds.
