The facility will consist of approximately 1,014 square meters of administrative and warehouse space. It will be a freestanding structure and include a reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, structural steel frame masonry walls and metal standing seam roof. There are two loading dock positions along with smoke detection and fire suppressions system, security alarms, and electrical and mechanical support system. Bid documents are available on or about 13 July 2000. Estimated cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered.
