/. E-MAIL: Angela Fortune, afortune@usaid.gov. The U.S. Agency for
International Development (USAID) intends to award International
Resources Group a sole source modification to existing Contract
AEP-C-00-95-00014-00 for continued services. The Contractor performs
technical services in support to USAID United States-Asia Environmental
Partnership (US-AEP) to: 1) Administrative and Logistic Support; 2)
Program Support; 3) Technical Support and 4) public outreach and
partnering. No solicitation document exists; requests for such
documents shall be considered invalid responses. No oral responses will
be accepted. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services
for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source
under the authority of AIDAR 706.302-70. Interested persons may
identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or
submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for
competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen
days after date of publication of this synopsis will beconsidered by
the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with
this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely
within the discretion of the Government. Information received will
normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to
conduct a competitive procurement. This CBD notice can be downloaded
