The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Detroit Arsenal, Warren, Michigan intends to issue a Request For Proposals to perform Installation Logistics Support services at the Detroit Arsenal, Warren and the Army Garrison Selfridge, Michigan commencing 1 Oct 2000 for a base-year plus four option years. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks include but are not limited to: a) Supply Support Operations; b) Warehousing and Storage; c) Packing, crating and handling; d) Non-expendable Property deliveries/pick-up excess; e) School Donation Program; f) Equipment Maintenance Support; g) Movement support; h) Furniture repair and assembly; i) Locksmith services; j) Transportation Motor Vehicle Operations; k) Mobile Equipment Maintenance; l) Operation of on-site Fuel Tanks; m) Industrial Machine maintenance and repair; n) Installation Transportation (Freight); o) Virtual Hazardous Materials/Waste Management Control Center Operations.
