Indefinite Quantity Contract -- for Professional Real Estate Services includes but is not limited to preparation of real property appraisals, feasibility studies, site planning (evaluation) reports, property inspection reports, disposals of excess property, leasing of alternate quarters, leasing built-to-suit quarters, site acquisition, outleasing and subleasing, fair annual rental appraisals, real property tax reviews and/or appeals and relocation services in the State of New York, Counties of Albany, Columbia, Delaware, Duchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, Nassau, Kings, Queens, Richmond & Nassau. This is an indefinite quantity contract for a term of two years with three one-year renewal option periods. Work orders will be negotiated an issued as individual projects. The total amount for the five-year period shall not exceed $1,000,000. Offers must have a minimum of 5 years real estate consulting experience in the geographical area specified and a minimum of 1 principal fulltime and 1 senior full time personnel. Award of this contract will be based on the entire geographic area in the advertisement. However, if a firm wishes to be considered for a specific area only, please indicate same in your proposal.
