The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Narragansett, Rhode Island is soliciting quotations from qualified offerors to furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities for shark tag components, shark tag assembly and shark tag testing procedures. The shark tag components consist of a darthead, monofilament-fishing line, capsule, and waterproof fish tag legends. All offerors responding to the request for quotation shall submit ten (10) samples of their proposed products for evaluation testing of suitability along with their quotations. The estimated quantity of shark tags is 20,000 per year. The period of performance will be from July 2000 through June 2001 with four option year periods ending June 2005.
