This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation Number N00164-00-Q-0249 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
