SPAWARSYSCEN-SD as the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) is responsible for providing system upgrades, training, and life-cycle support for certain Super High Frequency Satellite Communication Systems, including the AN/WSC-8(V) 1, 2, 3 and the AN/WSC-6(V)9 programs. The prospective contractor will assist SPAWARSYSCEN-SD in providing support for these systems installed on U.S. Navy ships worldwide.
