Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work for Rehab Room Interiors in Bldg 3307, 711 and 3311(Option) on Goodfellow AFB, Texas. The work shall consist of, but not limited to 1) move existing furniture to on base storage location, 2) demolition the existing wall base, vinyl floor tile, carpet, sisal and vinyl wall covering, 3) install Government furnished wall covering and trim, carpet and vinyl composite floor tile, 4) furnish and install new rubber cove base and 5) clean all walls, ceilings, interior doors and metal door jambs window sills and vent covers and prepared and prime for the application of contractor furnished paint and 6) pick up new furniture from on base storage, deliver and install to rehabed rooms in accordance with Statement of Work. SIC code for this acquisition is 1542 and the size standard is $17 million. This solicitation is unrestricted for large and smallbusiness concerns. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time will not exceed 180 days. The anticipated date for a site visit is 3 May 00. The anticipated proposal due date is 20 Jun 00 with anticipated award date of 30 Jun 00. Exact dates will be shown in the Request for Proposal (RFP) when posted on or about 14 Apr 00.
