Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified firms for the design and construction of the new Main Office in Kelseyville, CA. The facility is approximately 11,000 SF on a Postal owned site. The Design/Build contractor will be responsible for the completing of the design documents while conforming to Postal Medium Standard Building Design (MSBD) requirements. The work also included design and construction of off-site improvements and utility improvements and connections. Coordination with local jurisdictions, application, payment and submission for off-site improvement plan check and permits will be required and are the responsibility of the D/B contractor. Liquidated damages will be $1000/day. Completion must be within 300 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
