National Park (Park) requires a contractor to develop and implement a
hazardous communication system that provides all employees the
information, training and skill necessary to work safely with all
hazardous chemicals they encounter in doing their work and secondarily
to comply with 29CFR 1910.1200, the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard
and EPA. The basic system shall address all 11 elements of the OSHA
"Employee Right to Know" law and, shall include a comprehensive
hazardous chemical inventory of Yellowstone National Park, a system and
stations for employee emergency response, labeling of all hazardous
material in the Park, a draft written hazard communication program,
develop an electronic data base in Microsoft Access format, technical
support and training for use of the program. Offers will be evaluated
using the following evaluation Criteria: A> Vendor Experience, B>
Responsiveness of the proposal to the functional requirements of the
statement of work, C> Product reliability, D> Project Management,
and E. Cost The Period of the contract will be for one year. All
responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by
