The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to modify the existing contract N00019-96-C-0165 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06601. The intent is to incorporate components required to bring the CNSU/SLEP (Communication/Navigation/Survivability Service Life Extension Program) Follow-On Retrofit Prototype Kit up to production standards as determined by the verification and validation of the first production aircraft. Sikorsky is the only known source with the capability to perform the required actions.
