Specifically the Remote Video Inspection System (RVIS), Outlying Area Reporting System (OARS) and Videophone System. These systems are deployed in numerous location in the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Pennslyvania, Ohio and Michigan. The contractor will work in conjunction with the development contractor to "trouble shoot" and repair minor problems using equipment supplied by the development contractor and by the contractor themselves after notification by the INS Help Desk of monitoring location.
