Contractor to furnish one (1) thirty cubic yard dumpster, with covers, to include all labor, material and equipment to remove asbestos waste material from designated areas at Picatinny Arsenal. Asbestos waste shall be removed from the designated area in 30 cubic yard canvas covered roll on/roll off dumpsters. Pickup, removal, transportation and disposal of asbestos waste shall be accomplished in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations. Contractor must possess New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Energy (DEPE) permit numbers, copies of which shall be submitted with the proposal. Period of performance shall be for twenty-four months from date of award, with service to be performed on a per call basis.
