The order of magnitude for the procurement is BETWEEN $250,000 AND $500,000 and the effort shall be completed within 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. The SIC Code and small busines size standard for this procurement are 1711 and 7 MILLION, respectively. The anticipated release date of the IFB is on or about JUNE 12, 2000 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about JULY 12, 2000. The provisions and clauses in the solicitation are those in effect through FAC 97 -- 16. The firm date for receipt of bids will be stated in the IFB. In accordance with FAR 19.1303 and 1305 this acquisition is being restricted to HUBZone small business concerns. Copies of this solicitation will be made available to prime contractors only.
