Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the continued operation of Placement Services for the Job Corps Program in two (2) states, Alabama and Flordia. The Job Corps program is designed to provide educational, vocational, avocational and support services to youth ages 16 through 24 years. The Contractor will provide Placement services to ensure the placement of 5780 youth into employment, school and/or military. It is anticipated the resultant contract will cover the period of November 1, 2000 through October 31, 2001, plus 4 governmental unilateral renewal options of one (1) year.
