Request for Proposal (RFP) for the continued operation of Placement Services for the Job Corps Programs in the states of Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The Job Corps Program is designed to provide educational, vocational avocational and support services to youth ages 16 through 24 years. The Contractor will provide Placement Services to ensure the placement of 3,945 youth returing to the states into employment, school, and/or military. It is anticipated the resultant contract will cover the period November 1, 2000 through October 31, 2001, plus four (4) governmental unilateral renewal options of one (1) year. It is recommended that all interested offerors download the RFP prior to the Pre-proposal conference. All questions prior to and at the Pre-proposal conference should be in writing.
