source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) to R&R Uniforms,
Inc., 730-B Freeland Station Road, Nashville, Tennessee 37228 for
continuation of the U.S. Customs Service uniform program for the period
October 1, 2000 through January 31, 2000, with an option for an
additional two months, if needed. This performance period(s) will be
under a new contract, not current Contract No. Tc-94-019. The new
contract will also provide for extension of services under FAR clause
52.217-8. This additional performance period(s) will allow for the
award of the new follow-on contract and the subsequent transition
period from the incumbent contractor to the new contractor (If
required). No solicitation package is or will be available for this
action. The Government is not responsible for any costs in the
preparation of responses to this announcement. See Numbered Note 22.
