The system must simultaneously notify several police officers of scheduling changes, be able to contact personnel via telephone, e-mail, pager, and/or answering machine to deliver personal messages, and also have the capability to accept and record responses, and generate detailed staffing reports. Request for RFQ 19-104 must be submitted in writing to the above address or facsimile to (202)874-3135 in order to receive the complete package of RFQ 19-104. This acquisition is set-aside for small business under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 7382, with annual receipts of $9.0 million. All responsible small business are requested to submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotation may be submitted on a SF18 or on a company letterhead.
