Z -- RENOVATIONS TO FTC'S PRINTING PLANT SOL 290000-00-P-0014 POC Eric Vogt (202) 326-2259 The Contractor shall perform renovations to the Federal Trade Commission's printing plant consisting of 4,200 square feet of space located at 600 Pennsylvania Ave. N.W. Washington D.C. Work will include providing all labor, materials, supplies, supervision, transportation, equipment and all else necessary to complete the renovations by COB 09/24/00. Contract award is anticipated no later than 8/01/00. This project will consist of, but not be limited to, the demolition and removal off all existing printing equipment, raised wood and concrete flooring, HVAC systems and associated duct and piping, electrical lighting, power and control systems including conduit, wiring, panels and fixtures; plumbing systems including condensate, drain, steam, hot, cold and chilled water, piping, valves and fittings; cabinetry; internal terra cotta and drywall partitions and grid ceilings. The project in addition to painting will also require the installation of a new modular raised floor; drywall partitions, doors, framesand hardware; HVAC system including down flow package A/C units, piping, valves and components; electrical power and lighting including conduit, panels, wiring and fixtures.
