Project includes but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, and supervision required for replacing the existing domestic water pump system with new energy efficient pumps with variable frequency drives. All new work shall be sequenced to maintain existing systems in operation with minimum down time during periods of final connections and change over with existing systems. The estimated cost of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Time for completion is 90 calendar days. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The SIC code is 1711, and the criterion for a small business in this category is a concern with average annual receipts for the preceding 3 years not exceeding $7 million.
