The US Army War College and HQ Carlisle Barracks Pennsylvania is soliciting facilities support service offers from capable contractors. The system includes NORTEL SL-1 and SL-100 telephone private branch Exchanges (PBXs), a Meridian Voice Mail system, desktop instruments and all plant cable. It also requires coordination of dedicated and external switched circuits. This does not include long distance carrier services. Offers must include priority use of a exisiting and reliable technical support organization for emergency back up purposes, otherwise this requirement is unrestricted. A preproposal conference/site visit will be held sometime late June 2000. Award shall be made on a best value basis. Base period of performance is 1 October 2000 to 30 September 2001, with option years dependent on a separate larger A-76 commercial activies study.
