intends to negotiate with Science and Technology Corporationfor the
following services which requires the contractor to coordinate with the
points of contact assigned by the U.S. Army Environmental Center to
provide the necessary personnel, materials (except as furnished by the
Government), equipment and facilities to accomplish the task of:
Program Management; Pre-Symposium Mangement:develop/maintain program
budgets, program design, meeting specifications preparation & abstract
digest, On-site Logistics:facility interface, coordination,program
handout materials, meeting room set-up, on-site registration & on-site
catering events, Production:sound/video rentals, large-screen
projection, equipment specifications/recommendations, Exhibit
Management:exhibitor requirements, program management, promotion, floor
plans and traffic flow, exhibitor load-in/move-out, Post Program:master
account reconciliation, post-event reporting. The objective of this
task is to providethe project management for the Tri-Service
Environmental Technology Symposium to be held in 2001 in the five (5)
key areas. All responsible sources may submit a proposal identifying
their capability to respond to this requirement by June 7, 2000 which
