After reviewing numerous Annual Performance Reporting(APR) reports from current grantees, it has become clear that grantees would benefit from additional assistance in collecting and then reporting APR data. The purpose of this work is to develop a standalone software application for voluntary use by grantees in the 21st CCLC program to collect and maintain attendace and program performance data.
