The purpose of this open briefing is to provide information for all potential offerors on the progress of the Pre-Elementary Education Longitudinal Study. We intend for this current design task to be released as an open RFP in the coming year. This briefing will provide an opportunity for potential offerors, who wish to bid on the contract, to obtain information in implementing this evaluation. In addition, it will provide information on the design to work to date.
