Option Periods (CLINS 0002 -- 0005) = (.001 + Average Annual Demand History) rounded up X Contractor's discounted price. Average Annual Demand History (AADH) is defined as Demand divided by number of years (for example, CLIN 0001's AADH is 4 years). Regardless of the above, under no circumstance shall any ceiling price or the Government's liability exceed the amount obligated to the applicable CLIN.
