The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to place an order with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06601 to modify Overtorque Warning Units on all VH-3D aircraft. This effort will provide a torque (Q) exceedance buffer zone and redefine the overtorque condition limit. NAVAIR anticipates award will be a delivery order to existing Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-99-G-0288 on a sole source basis.
