Deteriorated composition shingle roofing shall be stripped to the deck and replaced. Existing hardwood flooring shall be removed and replaced with vinyl floor tile over a concrete topping slab; replacement of plumbing supply. Pitched roofs shall be superimposed over flat carport roofs. Replace metal soffits and fascia. This contract will consist of one basic year with one option year (based on performance). This project will be a requirements type contract. The estimated contract magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The proposed procurement is reserved for certified 8(a) contractors, which will be awarded as a competitive 8(a) contract. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code for this procurement is 1521 with a small business size standard of $17 Million.
