The US Army Material Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, has a requirement for roof repairs on Buildings 5 and 45 to include removal of one roof top fan and motor unit and the provision of Tapered Insulation, new Modified Bitumen Membrane at locations specified, reflash approximately 50 linear feet and install new joists and plywood decking. The reference number for the above work will be W13G07-0132-7006. This acquisition is one hundred percent (100%) set-aside for Small Business. The anticipated amount is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this procurement is 1761 and the Small Business Size Standard is 7.0.
