This solicitation is issued in accordance with the format of FAR Part 12 for commercial items. The contract is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity to provide equipment on an "as-needed" basis for various road maintenance, ground preparation, discing, earth moving, levee repairs, ditch clean-out, installation of water control structures and bulkheads and related work. Equipment to be furnished under this contract include crawler-dozers, wheel-loader, dump trucks, excavator and tractors.
