The Air Force intends to solicit proposals and award a contract that will provide GROUND SAFETY AND SYSTEM SAFETY MANAGEMENT courses to Air Force students. The GROUND SAFETY CLASS shall provide safety techniques to enhance student abilities to manage ground safety programs. The course requires 72 hours of classroom/laboratory instruction. The SYSTEM SAFETY MANAGEMENT course shall provide students with knowledge to apply system safety techniques over a system life cycle. The course requires 60 hours of classroom/laboratory instruction. Classes to be conducted at Kirtland AFB, NM iaw schedules outlined in the solicitation. Proposed contract will be a base year and two one year option.
