Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is to obtain Other Direct Costs on a Schedule buy that cannot be separated from the procurement. These items will be integrated into the system. The purchase is for video equipment, installation & service. This purchase is for the Army in Landsthul, Germany. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
