We anticipate negotiating on a sole-source basis with Agilent Technologies, Inc.. Agilent Technologies is the original equiment manufacturer and the only known source for the system upgrades. The upgrades consist of proprietary software and hardware that will increase the performance level of the ultrasounds. Solicitation documents will be available on or about May 18, 2000.
