Alvey, Contract Specialist, (301) 757-5937 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a cost plus award fee modification under NAVAIR contract N00019-99-C-0049 for the design and development of the United Kingdom variant of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS). NAVAIR intends to negotiate the proposed modification on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Management and Data Systems, King of Prussia, PA. Lockheed Martin is the prime contractor for the development of the TTWCS. Only Lockheed Martin has the technical expertise, understanding of the TTWCS system architecture, and access to Lockheed proprietary data necessary to perform the required effort.
