It is the intent of Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex, Portsmouth, VA, to procure various sizes and quantities of insulation, thermal IAW ordering data for DOD-I-24688. This procurement is being conducted utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This procurement will be awarded as an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit prices for a base ordering period of one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year options. Option years will be evaluated with the base period. Delivery shall be FOB DESTINATION to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. For evaluating purposes of this solicitation a 10% perference will be given to qualifying HubZone contractors. Requests for solicitation packages will be accepted via mail and e-mail only.
